It's been a great week since I got my Playstation Portable and I'm really happy about how it's playing out. Valkyria Chronicles II is a really great game though I've been playing it too slowly to say anything conclusive about it, but so far it's turning out to be a great game for the amount I had to spend just to get it ;].
Went Jurong Point after church and got Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep and Star Ocean: Second Evolution to add to the previously non-existent collection of PSP games haha. Haven't tried them out yet but they've been games I had been keen to get and I'm really happy I got them now, thanks Dad! But looks like I have to fork out the cash for the next few UMDs I'm looking forward to getting, namely VCIII, God of War, Ys Seven, Crisis Core and Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness.
What's more, I also have to start saving up for a 3DS and the other great games coming out for DS including Prof Layton vs Ace Attorney, a new Prof Layton game, Pokemon Black and many, many more. However, it looks like anything 3DS related is gonna have to be pushed back to after my O levels, a pretty long way away. It feels like Primary 6 again, when I had to wait a whole bloody year just to get my hands on it, but the wait was well worth it, and next year is also a great opportunity to save money, and so I shall.
Band has started again, and things are already hectic. VS Open House 2010 is coming up in less than a week and we might have just had our only practice for it yesterday thanks to the O levels starting on Monday. I have to say the performance is....presentable, but a lot can happen in one week. I just hope everything plays out smoothly. I also have a lot of logistics to do, which means more stress = more hair loss =_=.
Yep Benedict, I agree with the anime thing. Most of the good anime come out on Monday, Amagami on Friday and some on Saturday for me. Manga releases are also pretty unpredictable, with Kimi ni Iru Machi having no release the last week. I haven't touched on dramas and movies, but I assure those tagged comedy will also make you cry, from laughing. Japanese comedy is comedy at it's best, just look at their game shows. ;] Also the winter collection of new anime look pretty promising.
I can only just wait out for things to happen now. Open House, Band's 45th Anniversary, SYF, results tomorrow and the inevitable emo moments in between. This period will surely put teamwork and friendship to the ultimate test, and I am certain we will find a way to make it happen, or we will all crumble under the workload.
